📋 Making Reservations

We encourage you to reserve early — spots are limited on our motorcoach. Call us at (225) 978-4454 and have ready: your name, address, phone & email; the trip name and date; number of people; and your preferred room type (double, single, or triple).

✅ What's Included in Your Trip Price

Motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy), all sightseeing and admissions listed on the itinerary, meals as indicated, and baggage handling where noted. Any exceptions will be specified in individual itineraries.

❌ What's Not Included

Meals not listed in the itinerary, telephone calls, room service, valet or laundry services.

💵 Deposits

A deposit is required per person to hold your space. This confirms your seat and helps us reach our required minimum. When mailing a check, note the trip name on the memo line. All checks payable to Lovebug Tours, LLC.

↩️ Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 90 days before departure are fully refundable (refund mailed within 1 week). Cancellations made less than 90 days out are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for this reason.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance to protect your investment. You can contact Allianz (AAA) at 1-800-284-8300 or visit allianztravelinsurance.com/aaa. You may also use any travel insurance provider of your choice.

🚌 Rest Stops

We make rest stops at least every 2–2½ hours while traveling — you'll never be stuck on the bus too long!

🧳 Luggage

One large checked bag per person. You may bring one carry-on small enough to fit in the overhead rack of the motorcoach.

👗 Clothing Suggestions

Light casual clothing, your favorite pair of walking shoes, and a lightweight wrap or sweater. A swimsuit or dressy outfit may be needed on some tours — we'll note any special clothing requirements in individual itineraries.

💊 Medications

Please bring an adequate supply of any needed medication to last the entire duration of the trip.

🏨 Lodging

We carefully select excellent hotel accommodations for each night — centrally located near shopping and restaurants when time allows. Please notify us of any special provisions (accessibility needs, etc.) when making your reservation so we can accommodate you.

Love Bug Tours is a Christian based company. Each day begins in prayer and devotion. We enjoy singing hymns of our faith from time to time. Christian fellowship while traveling affords us the opportunity to share our witness with each other.

Therefore, smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not permitted during our trips.
